Head of Performance Marketing
An exciting opportunity for a bright, analytic and hard-working individual to lead Performance Marketing for CDLP, a fast growing innovator of responsible luxury essentials.

CDLP has, with its characteristic aesthetic and responsible practices, taken a unique position in the global men’s essentials market. Apart from partnering with some of the world’s leading wholesalers, our main channel of business is our e-commerce CDLP.com. We are now looking to hire a world class Head of Performance Marketing.

The Head of Performance Marketing will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team and report to the E-commerce Director. You will have a primary function of implementing effective marketing campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels across search engines, social, and display advertising and the exploration of opportunities that will expand, not only the business’s online, but also offline marketing channels. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to work alongside all teams within the company to ensure smooth running and successful business growth of CDLP.

The Head of Performance Marketing should demonstrate superior analytical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research, communications evaluation, data modeling, relationship skills, commercial awareness and ability to ensure long term brand equity.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following areas:
formulate the business/brand’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies
develop effective performance management arrangements that support the achievement of the business’s overall targets, goals, and objectives
identify management information that is necessary for ensuring that the performance across all marketing priority areas can be monitored accurately and that any hindrances to strategies are discovered at an early stage
identify opportunities that improve the productivity and efficiency of programs and campaigns
building a Performance Marketing team from scratch
develop strong and effective working relationships with junior marketing personnel in order to bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of departmental goals and the business’s KPIs
manage the department’s tracking, data analysis, and testing consumer acquisition channels

We expect the ideal candidate to have the following qualifications:
passion for digital marketing
proven experience working in advanced research and analysis roles in performance marketing within a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment
portray a keen interest and ability to conduct research and analyses on large and complex data-sets in order to realize appropriate strategies and solutions for programs and campaigns
ability to measure program/campaign ROI
proven ability to manage paid social campaigns such as Instagram ads, Facebook ads among other
ideally has a master’s degree in a business related or technical field such as Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related field. The equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
ideally has 5 years of experience working in a performance marketing position in a business within a fast paced and dynamic market environment

HEAD OF E-COMMERCE
An exciting opportunity for a bright, analytic and hard-working individual to head the e-commerce for CDLP, a fast growing innovator of sustainable luxury essentials.

CDLP has, with its characteristic aesthetic and sustainable fabrics, taken a unique position in the global men’s essentials market. Apart from partnering with some of the world’s leading department-and multibrand stores globally, our main channel of business is our e-commerce. We are now looking to hire a world class e-commerce manager.

Reporting to the CEO and Creative Director, the e-commerce manager will be responsible for the online strategy and continuous growth of the e-commerce business. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to work alongside all teams within the company to ensure the smooth running and successful business growth of CDLP.com.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following areas:

- Responsible for optimizing the online customer journey from entering the website and throughout the Customer lifetime
- Responsible for daily operations and updates of the site. (This work is “hands on” and a management role to manage the internal team, third party agencies such as web developers and third party platform providers.)
- Manage development to constantly improve UX / UI, introduce new features and ensure functionality.
- Act to improve and analyze acquisition, retention and customer experience efforts through on-site & channel optimization.
- Develop strong data connections between e-commerce, logistics and in-store systems to ensure full potential in omni-channel strategy.
- Provide marketing department with data to aid them in creation and strategy
- Strategize and execute email marketing strategy
- Routinely audit email data, understand customer behavior and create segmenting and strategies based on this.
- Produce reporting on online sales, marketing performance, and KPIs.
- Drive strategic change by identifying potential business opportunities relating to e-Commerce, e-mail and other channels

We expect the ideal candidate to have:

- A passion for the digital customer experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of website technology and development, and e-commerce platforms
- Digital/e-commerce experience in fashion/apparel industry or other relevant B2C company

MULTIDISCIPLINARY CONTENT DESIGNER
We’re looking for a MULTIDISCIPLINARY CONTENT DESIGNER to take full ownership of CDLP’s social media presence. CDLP’s unique visual narrative, capturing a modern take on masculinity, has been defining in the brand’s success story. Our campaigns are regularly praised by international media and generate big engagement. Social media in general and Instagram in particular are our prioritized channels. Your main responsibilities will be to drive the CDLP narrative on these platforms by ideating, creating and posting content that is engaging and compelling. You need to be a one-stop-shop for all that is needed: a skilled storyteller with the ability to create imagery, video, graphic design and copy that is of industry-leading level. Whether it’s adapting a big campaign to fit for these platforms, or creating original content from scratch, you will ensure that the all content is of exceptional and consistent quality. We seek a highly creative individual with strong attention to detail, who is structured, resourceful, and has great interpersonal skills. You will be a part of the CDLP creative studio, working closely with our Creative Director Christian Larson, as well as other designers and art directors.

What you will do:

- Conceptualize, create and edit world class creative content including imagery, video, graphic design and copy for all social media platforms.
- Pitch ideas to strategically integrate social in a meaningful way to support overall activity plan.
- Create brand building and conversion driving content for paid social (Instagram, Facebook).
- Stay current with social platform trends/developments and best practices in an effort to push innovative concepts and test/learn campaigns.
- Ensure that the creative output is consistent and in line with brand objectives.
- Work in an inspiring environment with a brand that is extremely visually driven.
- Manage posting of content in all organic social channels.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

- Highly creative and multi-skilled in mediums such as film editing, photography, retouch, layout, design, typography and copywriting, and how to optimize this for social media channels.
- Film editing excellence is a must.
- Photography and cinematography skills is a big plus.
- Strong interest in creative digital communication and social media for luxury brands.
- Excellent proficiency in Premiere and Photoshop, and InDesign, After Effects.
- Excellent language and communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and organizational qualities.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work proactively
- Independent as well as a team-player.
- Fluency in English is a requirement.
