Orders up to $800 are free of any import VAT or duties. No extra charges will incur. 

EU and selected countries
Orders within the European Union and the list of countries below are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid),  meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Sales VAT is included. Any import VAT or duties (normally applicable on orders exceeding £135) are also covered by CDLP, and you will incur no extra charges.

Rest of World
For countries outside of the EU we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.

We provide free returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, resulting in longer processing.

Please note that underwear (all bottoms in our underwear categories), can only be returned if the packaging is un-opened. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, a broken package cannot be resold. Please double check the size and style before opening the product. 


Return your order here.


Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.


If you would like to change your product to another size or product you need to return your item and place a new order.

If a product is faulty or if you are not satisfied, please contact us to assist you in the best possible way.  If a product is faulty, please let us know If a product is incorrect, please don’t break the package. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, a broken package cannot be resold.
