We encourage you to join us in reducing excessive shipping by considering the following:

– Shop the correct size and fit. Our size and comparison guides present detailed measurements per category and are available on each product page. If you would like to chat directly with an advisor, we are happy to assist with any questions via email at customercare@cdlp.com

– If you immediately realize a product is incorrect, we request to please not break open the package. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, a broken package cannot be resold.
