Customer Care Advisor

An exciting opportunity for a service-driven, ambitious and hard-working individual to join the Customer Care team at CDLP.

CDLP has, with its characteristic aesthetic and sustainable fabrics, taken a unique position in the global men’s essentials market. Apart from partnering with some of the world’s leading department-and multibrand stores globally, our main channel of business is our e-commerce. We are now looking to hire a world class Customer Care Advisor to service our growing base of customers. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, the Customer Care Advisor will be a part of the E-Commerce customer support team. This is an operational role where you will be expected to work alongside all teams within the company to ensure the best possible customer service in the world and successful business growth of CDLP.com.

The role:

• Being obsessed, maniacal and radical in the daily quest to “WOW” our customers in new and wonderful ways
• Build world-class customer intimacy with our B2C customers
• Ensure our customers are happy and proud to do business with CDLP
• Answer customer queries via email and social media
• Manage "stuck" orders, returns, claims and correspondence with our warehouse
• Maintain strong relationship with our customers and communicate our brand values
• Optimise the use of our help desk software and similar tools
• Identify and report improvements of processes and systems
• Work proactively to improve CDLPs customer experience
• Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
•. Proactive work with Clienteling in order to establish long-term relationships with our customers

We expect the ideal candidate to have the following qualifications:

• A passion for service, hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences every single day
• Obsessed to become the best at Customer Service in the world
• A solid interest in and understanding of brand loyalty and brand community
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (Swedish and English)
• A love for multi-tasking in a fast paced “start-up” environment
• Sufficient IT skills to continuously optimise the helpdesk software and other similar tools
• A passion for utilising technology and innovation to reach our goals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years' of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Google Workplace/Microsoft Office suite (mail, word, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)

This is a part-time position based at the CDLP head office in Stockholm. There is also the option for remote work.

Digital Creative Studio Intern

CDLP is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented and creative intern to join our Creative Studio Team. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Creative Studio and Creative Lead as well as our Head of e-commerce and Head of Growth, gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a creative brand and participating in finding new ways to support the commercial channels from a creative perspective. You will support the team across various projects following the marketing calendar, product launches, seasonal pushes, collaborations and campaigns. This internship is perfect for someone eager to actively learn about the creative process within a fast-growing, innovative brand.

The Role:

  • Support the creative team on day to day operations of the Creative Studio.
  • Assist with a variety of creative tasks, including asset preparation for marketing and e-commerce, creating layouts for newsletters and product listing pages.
  • Assist with content production across various channels.
  • Provide hands-on support in creative development, from concept to final execution.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in creative fields such as graphic design/art direction or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
  • A proactive, agile mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in content creation and editing is a plus.
  • Interest in the fashion industry is a plus.

Additional Information:

E-Commerce Intern

CDLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of E-Commerce, gaining hands-on experience in the fashion e-commerce sector. This internship is perfect for someone eager to learn about e-commerce within a fast-growing, innovative brand.

The Role:

• Assist in the daily management and optimisation of our online storefronts.

• Conduct research on best practices for enhancing customer experience, with a focus on streamlining the online purchasing journey.

• Support the synchronisation and alignment of our e-commerce platform with our logistics and inventory management systems to ensure seamless operations.

• Oversee content management across multiple storefronts, ensuring that localized content and translations are accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with the CDLP brand identity.

• Participate in the testing and implementation of UX improvements, including A/B testing to optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
• Assist in creating and updating email campaigns using Klaviyo. Monitor email performance and research improvements.

• Analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour, and assist in generating reports for continuous improvement.

• Monitor and support the integration of various tools and systems within our e-commerce platform to enhance efficiency and scalability.

You:

 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, E-Commerce) or a recent graduate.

• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fashion industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools is a plus.

The internship runs for 6 months starting as soon as possible. This is a full-time position based at the CDLP head office in Stockholm.
