EXTENDED RETURNS OVER THE HOLIDAYS
Enjoy free returns within 45 days of purchase. Applicable for orders placed between November 28th and December 20th 2022.
We encourage you to join us in reducing returns and excessive shipping. By choosing the correct size you save time on returns and together we lower our environmental impact. We provide free returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, resulting in longer processing.
Please note that underwear (all bottoms in our underwear categories), can only be returned if the packaging is un-opened. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, a broken package cannot be resold. Please double check the size and style before opening the product.
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
If you would like to change your product to another size or product you need to return your item and place a new order.

We aim to deliver the best in product, design, and service. If a product is faulty or if you are not satisfied, please contact us to assist you in the best possible way. If a product is faulty, please let us know If a product is incorrect, please don’t break the package. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, a broken package cannot be resold.
