Extended Holiday Return Policy: Returns are extended until 7 January 2024 for orders placed between 16/11-19/12. Any orders placed on or after 19/12, will follow our 30 day return policy.

Our return window is within 30 days of receiving the order. A return fee will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, resulting in longer processing.

Please note that underwear (all bottoms in our underwear categories), can only be returned if the packaging is un-opened. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, a broken package cannot be resold. Please double check the size and style before opening the product.

RETURN YOUR ORDERS HERE

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method, minus the return fee. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
