Customs & Location Delays: Delivery times may vary depending on customs requirements, location, and carrier availability. Orders Above EUR 1000: Orders over EUR 1000 (shipped from Europe) require an MRN (Movement Reference Number) to comply with international trade rules and customs regulations. These orders take an extra business day to process and usually require more time for customs clearance. US Orders Over USD 800: Orders exceeding USD 800 (the de minimis threshold) may face customs delays due to new US export tariffs. Peak Periods: During peak sales or holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be longer due to high order volume.

United States: Orders up to USD 800 are free of import VAT or duties. No extra charges will incur. European Union & Selected Countries: Orders within the EU and the following countries are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning taxes and duties are included in the price: European Union Australia Canada Norway Switzerland United Kingdom United Kingdom: Sales VAT is included. Import VAT and duties (for orders exceeding GBP 135) are also covered by CDLP, so there are no extra charges. Rest of the World: For countries outside the EU, we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You may be responsible for paying taxes and duties upon receipt of your package. These costs are due before delivery.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the items are delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. Waiving Signature: If you are unavailable, you may choose to waive the signature requirement via the delivery partner platform. By doing so, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
