Same-day Shipping: Order by 12:00 Central European Time (CET) on business days for same-day dispatch from our German warehouse. Courier delivery times are calculated from the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Customs & Location Delays: Delivery times may vary depending on customs requirements, location, and carrier availability. United States: CDLP covers all applicable sales VAT, import VAT, and duties—so no extra charges will be applied at delivery. Important update: As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the USD 800 de minimis threshold. This means all international orders, regardless of value, are now subject to formal import duties and customs clearance procedures. Please expect shipping delays for the next couple of months. Non-EU orders exceeding €1,000 require an MRN (Movement Reference Number) for export compliance. Please allow one extra business day for processing; customs clearance may also add additional transit time. Peak Periods: During peak sales or holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be longer due to high order volume.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following courier services: DHL Express DHL Standard FedEx International Priority FedEx International Connect Plus Courier options and last-mile carrier (PostNord, Parcelforce, etc.) may very depending on market and availability.

European Union & Selected Countries: Orders within the EU and the following countries are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning taxes and duties are included in the price: European Union Australia Canada Norway United Kingdom United Kingdom: Sales VAT is included. Import VAT and duties (for orders exceeding GBP 135) are also covered by CDLP, so there are no extra charges. United States: CDLP covers all applicable sales VAT, import VAT, and duties—so no extra charges will be applied at delivery. Rest of the World: For countries outside the EU including Switzerland, we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You may be responsible for paying taxes and duties upon receipt of your package. These costs are due before delivery.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the items are delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. Waiving Signature: If you are unavailable, you may choose to waive the signature requirement via the delivery partner platform. By doing so, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
